When you use Sitevo, we process your site visitors' personal data on your behalf. This agreement sets out how.

Subject and duration

Processing of visitor messages and the data visitors enter in forms, for as long as your account exists.

We process the data only to provide the assistant as configured by you in the dashboard.

Encrypted connections, encrypted secrets at rest, separated customer data, two-factor authentication for privileged access, limited retention.

Google (Gemini API), OpenAI (fallback model), Stripe (payments), the hosting provider (—). We inform you before adding a sub-processor.

You can delete dialogs and sites at any time; on account deletion the data is erased, except where the law requires keeping it.
