These terms govern the use of Sitevo by businesses.

The service

Sitevo provides an AI assistant for your website and Telegram, based on your site's content and the facts you confirm. You remain responsible for the content of your site and for what you confirm to the assistant.

Trial, plans and payment

Each new site gets 30 free AI answers. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; add-on answers are valid in the month they are bought. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Paid periods are not refunded proportionally.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sitevo for unlawful content, to mislead visitors or to collect data you are not allowed to collect. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI answers can be wrong; important information should be checked against your own site.
